Welcome to the Blog Tour for A Path to Forgiveness by Lisa M. James, hosted by JustRead Publicity Tours!
ABOUT THE BOOK
EXCERPT
married and Victor was found, Levi would have little rights as my second husband. Even with
abandonment, first husbands or wives still held rights to their spouse and children if they never
formally signed a writ of separation. Victor could claim me and Kaleb and take us away from
Levi. In doing so, the debt would also reverse. That fact alone made me realize that Victor
would never be found.
Yet, if unwillingly he was found, what did it matter? Levi would rejoice if the burden of
caring for me and Kaleb was taken out of his hands. He didn’t want us as it was. But even if it
proved to be temporary, Levi was offering my son and me our only chance of reprieve. And for
Kaleb’s sake, I would do whatever Levi required of me.
